1. What sizes of Skip Bins do you offer?
We offer a variety of skip bin sizes to suit different needs, ranging from small 2 cubic meter bins to large 11 cubic meter bins.
2. How do I book a skip bin?
Booking a skip bin is easy! You can book online through our website by selecting the bin size, type of waste, and delivery date. Alternatively, you can call us at 9119-8788 to place your order.
3. What types of waste can I put in the skip bin?
We accept most types of waste, including:
- Construction and demolition waste
- Domestic household waste
- Green waste
- Brick and concrete
However, there are certain prohibited materials such as hazardous waste, asbestos, batteries, and chemicals.
4. How long can I keep the skip bin?
Our standard hire period is 7 days. If you need the bin for a longer period, please contact us to discuss your requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
5. Do I need a permit for the skip bin?
If you plan to place the skip bin on public property such as a street or footpath, you may need a permit from your local council. It is your responsibility to obtain the necessary permits.
6. Can I get a same-day bin delivery?
Same-day delivery service is available for bookings made before 10 am from Monday to Friday, with delivery guaranteed any time before 6 pm. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee specific time frames for same-day bookings.
Please note: Our office operation hours are Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm, and on Saturdays from 7 am to 12 pm, Australian Eastern Standard Time. We are closed on Sundays and all Public Holidays.
7. How do I arrange for the bin to be collected?
You can arrange for the bin to be collected by contacting our head office during business hours (7 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday). We will schedule the collection within 1-3 business days. Please ensure there is unencumbered access to the bin for our collection team.
8. What happens if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
9. What are the costs for a futile transit?
If we deem that a relocation or futile transit has taken place (e.g., you fail to cancel your order in accordance with our policy, fail to advise us of changes to your booking, fail to provide unencumbered access, or present us with a bin containing prohibited material), we will charge a maximum futile transit cost of $275.00 per bin.
